My name is Colin Bush, a driven healthcare administrator and first responder with joint experience of more than eight years in emergency services and healthcare management. Currently, I work at New Wind Recovery, where I fill the position of an Executive Director overseeing comprehensive addiction and mental health services, maintaining OSHA/HIPAA compliance. I started my journey as an Emergency Medical Technician, where I graduated in the top three of my class in 2017. To date, I have added to my knowledge of business management by adding a Masters degree in Business Administration from Keiser University. Public service is especially important to me, so I have continued serving as a volunteer firefighter with the Gulf Park Estates Fire Department, as well as serving as the Board President. Here, I received numerous awards, including "Fire Fighter of the Year" and two "Life Saver Awards" for rescue operations during Hurricanes Lara and Ian. As a certified CPR instructor with the most recent training and safety training consultant, I have honed strong leadership and educational skills. Having been born with a multifunctional background combining healthcare administration, emergency response, and business management, I remain committed to organizational excellence, as well as service to the community.
