COLIN BUSH
OWNER
Medical Instructor | Firefighter
Colin Bush is a dedicated healthcare administrator and first responder with over eight years of experience in emergency services and healthcare management. He currently serves as Executive Director at New Wind Recovery, where he oversees addiction and mental health services while ensuring OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
Colin began his career as an EMT, graduating in the top three of his class in 2017, and later earned his Master of Business Administration from Keiser University. He continues to serve his community as a volunteer firefighter and Board President for Gulf Park Estates Fire Department, where he has been recognized with multiple honors, including Firefighter of the Year and Life Saver Awards.
As a certified CPR instructor and safety training consultant, Colin is passionate about leadership, education, and preparing others to respond in critical situations. He remains committed to excellence, professionalism, and making a lasting impact in his community.

JONATHAN HUTCHINS
Jonathan Hutchins is a dedicated CPR instructor, firefighter, and military veteran with over 5 years of National Guard service and still actively serving as well as 17+ years as a volunteer firefighter. He brings real-world experience and a passion for teaching lifesaving skills, delivering practical, hands-on training rooted in emergency response.
He is also the owner of Jack of All Trades, LLC, providing reliable construction and handyman services—from small repairs to full builds—with a focus on quality and affordability. Jonathan is known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to serving others both in the community and on the job.

Jeremy Bell has dedicated more than 25 years to the fire service, building a career defined by leadership, commitment, and a deep passion for public safety. Over the course of his service, he has gained extensive experience in fire suppression, emergency medical response, rescue operations, and incident management. Throughout his career, Jeremy has responded to thousands of emergency calls, providing critical fire response and advanced medical assistance to those in need. His background includes working in high-pressure environments where quick decision-making, teamwork, and technical expertise are essential to protecting lives and property. Jeremy’s experience spans a wide range of emergency situations, including structural fires, vehicle accidents, medical emergencies, and specialized rescue operations. His strong knowledge of emergency medical care and fireground operations has made him a trusted professional in the field and a reliable leader during complex incidents. Driven by a strong sense of duty and service to his community, Jeremy continues to apply decades of experience, training, and leadership to every call, ensuring the highest level of preparedness, safety, and response.
